Newcomer Settlement Program

Provides Newcomers to Canada with information on health care, employment, housing and education to assist with their integration into the community.

Eligibility

Individuals must be new to the area and living in the area less than 5 years.

What does it include?

The program offers form filling, health care information, employment assistance, housing and education assistance as well as arranging other help related to integration into the community.

Cost

There is no fee to participate.

Translation Services

This service provides immigrants whose first language is not English with services in their own language to facilitate their integration into the community. Any immigrant is eligible for this service.
