Provides persons in the community at large with information and referral on community based organizations, programs and services.

What does the service include?

Provides information and referral services through access to an online database. Assistance with form filling for Legal Aid, Old Age Security, Canada Pension Plan, Employment Insurance, income tax filing and other services. Advocacy is provided to persons as needed.

Information & Referral

Information is provided regarding local not-for-profit, social and human service agencies in order to bring people and services together.

Eligibility

Self referred persons in the community at large.

Cost

There is no cost for the service with the exception of customized requests.

Legal Aid

Provides a satellite office for Legal Aid with applications being completed at the Leamington site.

Eligibility

Applicants must be in receipt of Ontario Works or Ontario Disability in order to apply through the Leamington site.

Cost

There is no cost for this service.

Form Filling

Provides assistance with form filling for a variety of forms. These forms include Canada Pension, Old Age Security, Ontario Disability Support Program, among others. An Income Tax Clinic is scheduled for March of each year.

Eligibility

There are no eligibility requirements except for the Income Tax Clinic.

There is no cost for this service.
